ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a talented and experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our team, contributing to innovative products focused on providing AI based business applications to FinTech clients. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in the latest AI technologies, specifically Language Models (LLM), and possess strong skills in data analytics and SQL query writing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Built AI agents for business applications:
• Design, develop, and implement advanced models using cutting-edge AI technologies, with a
primary focus on Language Models (LLM), to extract relevant information from payslips.
• Includes Models and frameworks for agent consumption.
• Includes configurable rules for model fine tuning.
2. AI technology integration:
• Work closely with the technology team to integrate AI models into the existing infrastructure, ensuring
seamless functionality.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning and apply state-of-the-art techniques,
such as LLM, to continually improve model outcomes.
3. Data Analytics:
• Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that contribute to the refinement of
payslip data extraction and fraud detection models.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on data insights to enhance overall performance.
4. Database:
• Write and optimise SQL queries to efficiently retrieve, manipulate, and analyse large datasets relevant to
business use case.

1. Programming Languages :- Python/Java
2. Machine Learning Frameworks :- TensorFlow, PyTorch.
3. Data Processing Tools :- Pandas, NumPy, Dask, Apache Spark
4. Model Deployment and Serving :- TensorFlow Serving, Flask/FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes, Google AI Platform.
5. Cloud Platforms and Tools :- Google Cloud AI, AWS AI/ML.
6. Computational Hardware and GPUs :- NVIDIA CUDA, Tensor Processing Units (TPUs), GPUs (e.g., NVIDIA,
AMD)
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an AI/ML engineer working on business applications.
• Expertise in OpenAI and Gemini usage and capability.
• Expertise in developing models using Language Models (LLM) for natural language processing tasks.
• Strong background in data analytics, statistical analysis, and machine learning concepts.
• Proficient in writing complex SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical
stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take complete ownership of the product.
