About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own how Tartan’s products are positioned, launched, and adopted in the market.
This is a highly cross-functional role working with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to turn product capabilities into clear customer value.
You’ll be responsible for shaping messaging, enabling go-to-market, and ensuring our products win in competitive enterprise deals.

Key Responsibilities

Product Positioning & Messaging
  • Own product positioning, value propositions, and competitive differentiation
  • Develop clear messaging frameworks for each product line (HyperVerify, HyperSync, etc.)
  • Translate technical features into business outcomes

Go-To-Market & Launches
  • Assist with GTM strategy for new features and products
  • Plan and execute product launches (internal + external)
  • Create launch kits, sales playbooks, and enablement material

Sales Enablement
  • Build pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, and objection-handling guides
  • Partner with sales to improve win rates and deal velocity
  • Build customized narratives

Market & Customer Intelligence
  • Conduct customer interviews and win/loss analysis and work together with the CSMs to ensure product-to-buyer-to-comms translation
  • Track competitor positioning and pricing
  • Identify emerging market opportunities & create strategic narrative around it
Content & Thought Leadership
  • Own core product narratives across website, blogs, case studies, and campaigns
  • Support ABM and demand-gen programs with strong messaging
  • Drive industry-specific use cases and vertical storytelling
Adoption & Lifecycle Marketing
  • Partner with CS and Product to drive onboarding and feature adoption
  • Build lifecycle campaigns for activation, expansion, and retention
  • Improve time-to-value for customers
